- DOL Wage Determination Frost Road Drawings Frost Road Bid Schedule Frost Road Specifications AG-5E34-S-13-0001 Clauses AG-5E34-S-13-0001 Solicitation The subject solicitation is approved for an Invitation for Bid (IFB) through the USDA- Natural Resources Conservation Service Emergency Watershed Protection Program, the NRCS, and Sponsor the Pleasant Township Trustees, propose to contract a streambank stabilization project along Frost Road located in Pleasant Township, Brown County, Ohio. The contract name is: Frost Road The job consists of - 215 C.Y. of Rock Riprap, associated drainfill, and 581 lineal feet of channel clearing and shaping. The total project cost is estimated between $25,000.00 and $45,000.00: SITE SHOWING: A Site Showing will be held on October 25, 2012 at 9:45 AM/EST and will be conducted by the Project COR: Brian Jordan (740) 772-1711 Ext. 111 Attendees may meet at the site, located at the junction of Frost Rd. and Centerpoint Rd. just west of the junction of Centerpoint road and Old U.S. 68 Road. Frost Rd. is also known as TWP Road 270 in Pleasant Twp., Brown Co. Ohio. Remarks and explanations at the site showing SHALL NOT qualify the terms of the solicitation. Terms of the solicitation remain unchanged unless the solicitation is amended in writing. SOLICITATION/CONTRACT QUESTIONS: ALL QUESTIONS MUST BE ADDRESSED IN WRITING AND ARE SUBJECT TO PUBLIC DISTRIBUTION. QUESTIONS SHALL BE FORWARDED TO: lonnie.root@oh.usda.gov NO PHONE CALLS WILL BE ACCEPTED. BIDS: NRCS will be awarding a Firm Fixed Price (FFP) Contract Invitation for Bid (IFB) Sealed Bids MUST ARRIVE at ROOM 522 of the Bricker Building, USDA-NRCS, 200 North High Street, Columbus, Ohio 43215, by 10:00am Eastern Standard Time, October 31st, 2012. Bid openings will be conducted on the same day as the bid closing at the above listed time. Please note the above address is a Federal Building Downtown Columbus Ohio, you will be required to clear security before being allowed into the building so allow extra time for delays. No bids will be accepted after the noted Bid Acceptance Time. Any bid received AFTER the acceptance time will be considered late and will not be accepted. Evaluators will not make assumptions regarding missing or incomplete data. Incomplete quotes or quotes received after closing deadline will be deemed "Non-Responsive" and not considered for award. The Contracting Officer is the only individual who can legally commit the government or the expenditure of public funds in connection with this proposed acquisition and is the only person authorized to make changes to this RFQ or any resulting contracts award.
