Description

ACH Form Business Management Questionnaire Cover Letter Solicitation Document This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.2 as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; offers are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The solicitation number is CT2109-13 and this solicitation is issued as a Request For Proposals (RFP). The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2005- 61. The North American Industry Classification System code is NAICS 313210 (Broadwoven Fabric Mills). This requirement is unrestricted. UNICOR, Federal Prison Industries, Inc. intends to enter into a one (1) year firm fixed price indefinite delivery-indefinite quantity type contract. The product is a commercial item: Golf Towels, delivered to one (1) location (JESP, Jesup, GA). A complete description of the items is in Section B Supplies or Services and Prices/Costs.
