- STATEMENT OF WORK THIS IS A SOLICITATION for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in subpart 12.6 as supplemented with additional information included in this solicitation. This announcement constitutes the only publication. A written solicitation will not be issued. All responsible sources may submit a response which, if timely received must be considered by the agency. The solicitation number M67001-12-Q-0007 is issued as a request for quotation (RFQ). The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-56 and DCN 20100413. This solicitation is set aside 100% for small business. The North American Industrial Classification System (NAICS) code for this requirement is 813110. The Marine Corps Installations East Contracting Department, Camp Lejeune, North Carolina 28547 has a requirement for: CLIN 0001: ROMAN CATHOLIC PRIEST SERVICES AT MARINE CORPS AIR STATION, NEW RIVER, NORTH CAROLINA. PERIOD OF PERFORMANCE: 25 NOV 2012 THROUGH 24 NOV 2013. CLIN 1001 (OPTION PERIOD 1): ROMAN CATHOLIC PRIEST SERVICES AT MARINE CORPS AIR STATION, NEW RIVER, NORTH CAROLINA. PERIOD OF PERFORMANCE: 25 NOV 2013 THROUGH 24 NOV 2014.. SEE ATTATCHED STATEMENT OF WORK FOR DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES. Resumes and quotes should be on separate documents. All responsible sources may submit a response which, if timely received, must be considered by the agency. The Government will award the contract to the quoter who represents the best value to the government. The evaluation factors that will be used to determine award will be past performance in relevant priest positions, Experience, Degree(s) held, Endorsement from the Archbishop, and Price. The following Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) clause is included by full text. 52.217-9 Option to Extend the Term of the Contract (a) The Government may extend the term of this contract by written notice to the Contractor within 5 days provided that the Government gives the Contractor a preliminary written notice of its intent to extend at least 60 days before the contract expires. The preliminary notice does not commit the Government to an extension. (b) If the Government exercises this option, the extended contract shall be considered to include this option clause. (c) The total duration of this contract, including the exercise of any options under this clause, shall not exceed two (2) years.
