- The NAICS Code 811219. Under Basic Ordering Agreement(BOA) N00174-12-G-0001, Naval Surface Warfare Center, Indian Head Division (NSWC IHD), Indian Head Maryland, intends to issue a Cost Plus Fixed-Fee Order on a sole source basis to BAE Systems land & Armaments L.P., Armaments System Division, Louisville, KY 40124-2683. The contractor shall furnish the services of qualified personnel to apply the passive Countermeasures Systems (PCMS) to the MK 38 MOD 2 MGS or the MK 48 MOD 0 Electro-Optical Sight as specified in TI 0001-0002-02. BAE Systems Land & Armaments L.P., ASD is the only known company with the requisite technical qualifications and facilities to perform the work in the required time frame.
