The scope of work will include but not be limited to facility condition assessment services, sustainability assessment services, horizontal infrastructure services, and data management and consulting services. These services will be performed at the following locations: NIH Main Campus, Bethesda, Maryland; NIH Animal Center, Poolesville, Maryland; the Research Triangle Park campus in North Carolina; the Rocky Mountain Laboratory campus in Montana, various leased facilities in Bethesda, Rockville, and Baltimore, Maryland; and other facilities located throughout the United States.
