- Maintenance Laboratory Equipment Sole Source Intent The National Institute of Health intends to award a firm fixed price purchase order to Diagnostics Stago, Inc 5 Century Drive Parsippany, NJ 07504 on a sole source basis under the authority of FAR 6.302-1, Only One Responsible, No Other Supplier or Services Will Satisfy Agency Requirement, 41.U.S.C. 253 (c)(1). This requirement is for maintenance of laboratory equipment. The intended procurement will be classified under North American Industry Classification System Code 334516. The requirement is being processed in accordance with the simplified acquisition procedures as stated in FAR 13.106-(b)(1). If any small businesses are interested in this procurement please submit your company capability statement (5 pages or less). All responsible contractors who meet the capabilities cited to perform the requirement, may submit experience, capabilities, and qualifications as outlined above which will be considered by the NIH. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive proposals. However, all information received within the seven (7) days after date of publication of this synopsis will be considered by the Government. A determination by the Government not to compete this proposed contract based upon reasons to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government.
