- The project consists of the Rehabilitation of the Helmand Irrigation Network (ROHIN) for the Mid Helmand Sub Basin Agency. Three sites within the Helmand irrigation network will be rehabilitated. The three sites are the Darweshan Canal Intake, Boghra Canal Intake, and Station 11 Wastesway/Gereshk Escape Channel infrastructures. This is a pre-solicitation notice for the intent of releasing a request for proposal (RFP) solicitation. Any contract awarded as a result of the solicitation will be made to the lowest price technically acceptable offeror that is determined responsible and eligible for award. The applicable NAICS code is 221310 ($7.0 Mil small business size standard). The solicitation will be unrestricted/full and open. The period of performance for the required work and services shall be 400 calendar days from Notice to Proceed. The magnitude of this project is between $5.0 Mil and $10.0 Mil. The proposal due date will be contained in the solicitation and any solicitation amendments that may be issued.
