- Description
- This work consists of providing all engineering services, materials, labor, tools, oil and reclamation, transportation, storage, and disposal needed to refurbish and test up to eight (8) 161kV oil-filled substation transformers. These transformers aer located at Arnold Engineering Development Complex. The complete solicitation package will be posted on or about 19 October 2012. **PLEASE NOTE** The response time of 20 November 2012 is an estimated date as to when the RFP will close, once the RFP is posted, the official response date will be posted in BLOCK 8 of Standard Form 1449 in the RFP.
