- SF1442 including SOW The General Services Administration (GSA), Northwest Arctic Region, intends to award a fixed price contract for OIG Perimeter Security and Privacy Enhancements at the GSA Regional Headquarters located in Auburn, WA. The goals of this project are to improve the physical security, level of soundproofing in the perimeter walls and refresh the interior of the OIG office. Some ways in which the objectives will be met are by installing 2 layers of drywall with staggered seams, installing sound attenuation batts in ceiling above the ACT and modifying/adding an existing Honeywell Vista security system with PIR's to provide coverage above ceiling to name a few. The contractor shall provide the management, supervision, subcontracts, materials, supplies, project plan schedule and all coordination necessary to assure effective performance for the successful completion of the OIG Perimeter Security and Privacy Enhancements Project. Proposals are due no later than 2:00 p.m. PST, November 2, 2012. Award will be made based on a Price, Technical Evaluation, Project Plan Schedule and Past Performance. The performance period is 11/26/2012 through 1/28/2013. This requirement will be procured in accordance with FAR Part 19.14, Service Disabled Veteran Owned Small Business Procurement Program. Successful offeror will be required to be actively registered in System for Award Management (SAM) prior to award. Offerors not already registered in the SAM database are highly encouraged to register via Internet at www.sam.gov. In accordance with FAR 4.1201(a) Prospective contractors shall complete Electronic Annual Representations and Certifications (ORCA) now completed through the SAM database at www.sam.gov. In accordance with FAR 5.102 interested parties may access the solicitation at http://www.fedbizopps.gov. This site provides instructions for downloading the solicitation file. It is the offeror's responsibility to monitor this site for the release of the solicitation, any amendments and additional information.
