- Description: The purpose and intent of this solicitation is to secure Janitorial Services at the Illinois Valley Ranger District on the Rogue River-Siskiyou National Forest. The Illinois Valley Ranger District is located at 26568 Redwood Highway Cave Junction, Oregon. Services will require the Contractor to furnish all labor, supplies (except those that are Government-furnished), materials, equipment, supervision, transportation, and incidentals necessary to perform the work in accordance with the specifications and provisions of the contract. In addition to the base year, January 1, 2013 through December 31, 2013, there will be two option years, if exercised by the Government. Solicitation will be available for download from FedBizOpps website at http://www.fbo.gov on or about November 6, 2012. NOTE: Offerors MUST register in the Central Contractor Registration (CCR) data base - See FAR 52.204-7 and Online Representations and Certifications Applications (ORCA) - See FAR clause 52.204-8.
