Description

The New Mexico VA Health Care System (NMVAHCS), located in Albuquerque, New Mexico, requires the services of a portable surgical navigation system and operating technician to assist during Neurosurgery cases. Equipment and technician must be setup and available at the facility, 1501 San Pedro SE, Albuquerque, NM, 87108, on 10/31/2012. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) is 532490, Other Commercial and Industrial Machinery and Equipment Rental and Leasing. Any firms who wish to identify their interest and capability to provide the above listed services must provide written noticed to the Contract Specialist no later than 3:30 P.M. Central Standard Time, 10/24/2012. Such notification must include any documentation which shall contain certifications and descriptions of how the firm will meet or exceed the Government's needs. Responses received will be evaluated; however, a determination by the Government not to compete this proposed procurement based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. If no responses are received, the Department of Veterans Affairs will proceed with a sole source negotiation with Medtronic, Inc. THIS IS NOT A REQUEST FOR COMPETITIVE PROPOSALS OR QUOTES.
