- Description
- The preliminary notice for this solicitation was posted on 10 September 2012 under reference number SP4530-12-R-TBD0004. However, the reference number has been changed to SP4530-13-R-0001 to reflect the current fiscal year. Work includes the removal, transportation and disposal of industrial waste from various areas serviced by DLA Disposition Services Korea. The solicitation will be available for download on FedBizOpps.Gov. The solicitation will result in a single, firm-fixed price, Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity contract. The contract will have a 12-month base period with the Government's unilateral right to exercise four 12-month option periods. This project will be performed in its entirety in Korea. Offerors must have all required prefectural permits, registrations, and licenses to perform work in the country of Korea. In addition, the successful offeror must be licensed and registered to enter and stay in Korea in compliance with local law. The Government does not provide the contractor with SOFA status or any logistical support under the resultant contract. Note that the issuing office for this solicitation will be DLA Disposition Services Pacific Branch, J-762, 1025 Quincy Avenue, Suite 2000, Pearl Harbor, Hawaii 96860-4512.
