- This is a subcontract opportunity with Educaton Management Corporation, not United States Department of Labor. Phoenix Job Corps Center is a Federally funded educational and vocational trainin program for youth between 16-24. The Center is operated by Education Management Corporation under a US Department of Labor contract. On site Drivers for students as follows: Classroom instruction of 20 hours with written evaluation and MVC testing for all students and minim of 6-12 hours of behind wheel instruction and two (2) free hours if needed per student. Subcontractor will provide a staff person and vehicle for each student that passes the DMV written test fo take DMV driving test.
