- Sources Sought Narrative-Drogue Plates Army Contracting Command - Rock Island (ACC-RI) is seeking possible sources of supply for the acquisition of DROGUE PLATE, IAW drawing 9369956E dated 15 April 88. End use: 81mm, M816 IR or M853 Illum. Interested sources need to submit terms and conditions, place of manufacture, production capability, delivery lead times, warranty, and cost estimates for budgetary purposes only. Delivery shall be FOB Destination: Pine Bluff Arsenal, Pine Bluff AR. The NAICS code for this item is 332313 and the business size standard is 500 employees. Please indicate your company business size in your response. There is not a firm requirement for DROGUE PLATES. This is for MARKET RESEARCH ONLY. Participation in this effort is strictly voluntary with no cost or obligation to be incurred by the Government. The information you provide will only be utilized by RICC in developing its acquisition approach for future requirements.
