- The Department of the Army, Healthcare Acquisition Activity- North intends to negotiate a Sole-Source commercial item procurement with PuriCore to provide two (2) each Modular Disinfectant Systems. This proposed procurement is for supplies for which the government intends to solicit and negotiate with only one source under the authority of FAR 6.302-2-Unusual and Compelling Urgency. The Justification and Approval for sole source and will be posted after award in accordance with FAR 6.302-2(d)(4).
