- TE-1 Updated Solicitation Amendment 3 Amendment 2 Amendment 1 Solicitation Solicitation W912D0-12-R-0017 and Amendment are posted on ASFI. Since ASFI is currently down. This Solicitation and ALL Amendments have been posted on FBO for download. CLOSING DATE IS 12 NOV 2012, 3PM ALASKA TIME. The Department of the Army, Mission and Installation Contracting Command (MICC), Installation Contracting Office (ICO), Fort Wainwright, Alaska has a requirement for a contractor to provide all personnel, labor, supervision, management, environmental compliance audits, materials, equipment, and tools to accomplish all Cleaning, maintenance, removal and disposal tasks and requirements for Oil/Water Separators, Wash Water Systems and Waste Oil Tanks as outlined in the Performance Work Statement (PWS) Fort Wainwright, Alaska, Donnelly Training Areas, East/West, Black Rapids Training Areas and Cold Region Test Center (CRTC). The solicitation will result in the award of a single contract. The resulting contract will be a firm fixed-price contract. The applicable NAICS code is 562910 Remediation Services, with a size standard of $14 million. This procurement is 100% set-aside for competitive 8(a) small business Set-Aside firms. Period of performance (POP) will be a base and four (4) option years. A complete Performance Work Statement (PWS) will be included in the solicitation. The Request for Proposals (RFP) number is W912D0-12-R-0017. Telephonic requests for the solicitation will not be honored. Interested offerors are advised to consult the actual solicitation for final dates and times to include confirmation of site visit date/time and required sign-up procedures for the visit. Offers from all capable and responsible sources will be considered.
