The Naval Surface Warfare Center Corona Division, Product Engineering Department has a requirement to procure Maintenance contract for the Pro/ENGINEER Enterprise, Pro/MECHANICA Structural Simulation, and Windchill PDMLink. Period of performance 1 Dec 2012 through 30 Nov 2013. The government intends to award a sole-source, firm fixed priced contract to immixTechnology, Inc This procurement is commercial item IAW FAR Part 8.404. No solicitation will be issued but responsible sources may submit inquiries or request for information to marcella.webber@navy.mil or by phone at 951-273-4454. THE GOVERNMENT INTENDS TO SOLICIT AND NEGOTIATE WITH ONLY ONE SOURCE UNDER THE AUTHORITY OF FAR 6.302-1 FOR THIS PROCURMENT ACTION. INTERESTED PARTIES MAY IDENTIFY THEIR INTEREST AND CAPABILITY TO RESPOND TO THE REQUIREMENT, OR SUBMIT CAPABILITY STATEMENTS.
