- (i) This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and an additional written solicitation will not be issued. (ii) Solicitation Number SP0600-13-R-0206 is issued as a Request for Proposal (RFP). (iii) This RFP incorporates provisions and clauses in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular (iv) This acquisition has not been set-aside for small businesses and is issued under Full and Open Competition. The NAICS code is 324110 and the size standard is 1500 employees.
