- Special Notice in PDF format. In an effort to reduce multiple pack sizes for Domestic shipments and streamline program recipient logistics, USDA will procure one standard pack size per cereal product type. As indicated in the table included in the attachment to this Notice, each standard material number will consist of the identified Cases per Truck and Net Pounds per Truck. This change will be effective with all solicitations issued beginning November 1, 2012.
