- This is a modification to the synopsis entitled Fully Integrated Lifecycle Mission Support Services (FILMSS), NNA12412481R which was posted on June 21, 2012. This modification provides updated information regarding the FILMSS Request for Proposal (RFP). The changed release date for the draft RFP is Oct 24, 2012 followed with an anticipated final RFP on or about January 4, 2013 with an anticipated offer due date on or about February 18, 2013. Questions and or comments on the DRFP are due no later than November 13, 2012. An Industry Day is scheduled for November 8, 2013 from 8:00 am to 11:30 am in Room 171 of Building 152 at Moffett Field, CA 94035. Please, email the name(s) and company affiliation of the Industry Day conference attendee(s) to Jeannette.albiez@nasa.gov no later than 2:00 p.m. PDST November 5, 2012. Note: Due to size of the facilities, attendance will be limited to 3 representatives per company. All participants to the Industry Day must be U.S. citizens or permanent residents with a Green Card. Also, a valid driver's license with picture identification will be required before access to the Center will be allowed. Pre-Proposal Meetings with interested parties will be held in Building 152, Room 108 (tentatively) on November 8 from 1:00 pm 4:00 pm and on November 9, from 9:00 am 4:00 pm. Please email Jeannette.albiez@nasa.gov to reserve a 30 minute time slot. Documents related to this procurement will be available over the Internet. These documents will reside on a World Wide Web (WWW) server, which may be accessed using a WWW browser application.
