- The Naval Air Warfare Center, Weapons Division, China Lake, CA intends to procure on an other than full and open competition basis the following items: 1) Insight individual users (C, C++, C# and Java), Part Number; KLOC-100P; Qty 10, 2) Inspect collaborative code review tool; Part Number; KLOC-800-P; Qty 10, 3) Build analysis licenses (fixed); Part Number; Part Number; KLOC-120-P; Qty 1, 4) Klocwork onsite professional services days; Part Number; KLOC-553; Qty 1. This requirement is sole sourced to KlocWork, 15 New England Executive Park, Burlington MA, 01803, because of unique capability with existing environment. Any firms believing that they can provide the KlocWork Software referenced above may submit a written response to be received at the Contracting Office no later than 5 days after the date of publication of this notice. It must clearly show the firm's ability to be responsive without compromising the quality, accuracy or reliability of the data without causing programmatic hardship.
