This acquisition is 100% set aside for Small Business. The NAICS Code is 327991. Size standard is 500 employees. The National Cemetery Administration is soliciting offers under solicitation number VA786-13-R-0016 for On-site Inscription of I1, Government Furnished Marble Niche Cover (15-3/4" x 11-1/4" x �"). At the following cemetery: Sarasota National Cemetery 9810 State Road 72 Sarasota, FL 34231 John Rosentrater, Cemetery Director Cemetery Phone #: 941-922-7200 The period of performance will be award date through September 30, 2013, no options. Vendors shall provide one marble inscription sample on a 15-3/4 inches long by 11-1/4 inches wide by �-inch thick plaque to be inscribed and packaged to prevent any damage during shipping. The sample should conform to government specifications for lettering, inscription depth and layout. All vendors who have submitted and received approval notification for a sample of same type within the last 12 months may submit a copy of that approved review with the bid to avoid submitting an additional sample Full size copies of drawings are available upon request at no additional charge to vendors. The request shall be e-mailed to the NCA Memorial Programs Service (MPS) Program Support Unit at MPSProgSupport@va.gov and shall include the contractor's name, mailing address, phone number, e-mail address and the name and drawing number of the drawing(s) requested. Lowest Price, Technically Acceptable (LPTA) Award will be made to the offeror whose price is lowest among all proposals that are deemed to be technically acceptable. Electronic solicitations will be available for download from http://www.fbo.gov on or about November 6, 2012 and proposals are due on or about 2:00 P.M. on November 19, 2012. Any amendments to the solicitation will also be available at www.fbo.gov. Offerors are advised they are responsible for obtaining any amendments.
