- This is a COMBINED SYNOPSIS/SOLICITATION for commercial services prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice This is a COMBINED SYNOPSIS/SOLICITATION for commercial supplies prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The Government intends to award one contract as a result of this solicitation. The Government reserves the right to award without discussions, but reserves the right to engage in discussions if later determined to be in the best interest of the Government. A firm-fixed price contract will be awarded for this requirement. This acquisition will be conducted in accordance with FAR 13, Simplified Acquisition Procedures. M67001-13-Q-0015 is issued as a Request for Quote (RFQ) to provide the Government with sports officiating services.
