- Pre-solicitation Subsistence 2nd QTR FY2013 The Federal Bureau of Prisons, Federal Correctional Complex located in Terre Haute, In. intends to issue solicitation RFQP04181300002, for the requirement of: Quarterly subsistence. This solicitation is restricted to 100% Small Business, will be FOB Destination with delivery dates beginning December 31, 2012. Deliveries will be made to the Federal Correctional Complex, 4700 Bureau Road South, Terre Haute, In. 47802 Tuesday thru Friday 7am-2pm eastern standard time. Monday deliveries will not be accepted. January 12, 2013 will be the last day deliveries will be accepted. Orders need to be complete on delivery or the delivery will not be accepted. The contract type is a firm-fixed price. The Government reserves the right upon award to make formal single or multiple awards. The Government will award to the responsible offeror (s) whose offer, conforming to the solicitation, that are considered to be the best overall value to the Government, in regards to price, delivery and past performance. The solicitation will be made available on or about November 12, 2012, and will be posted to the General Services Administration's Federal Business Opportunities website: www.fbo.gov. All future information about this acquisition, including solicitation amendments, will also be distributed through this site. Interested parties are responsible for monitoring this site to ensure they have the most up to date information about this solicitation. All quotes must be received by November 30, 2012 by 8:00am eastern standard time. The Government reserves the right to decide how payment will be made using either Electronic Funds Transfer (EFT) or Government Purchase Card. Please indicate in your quote the reflection of any fee incurred through transactions using the Government Purchase Card. Each offer is required per 52.212-3 to complete their representations and certifications via the on-line Representations and Certifications Applications (ORCA) and must be registered in the Central Contractor Registry (CCR) database at www.sam.gov.
