- Industrial Hygiene Assessment - INFORMATION ONLY CDRLs PWS Solicitation NOTICE OF INTENT TO AWARD A SOLE SOURCE CONTRACT The 532nd Commodities Maintenance Group, Hill Air Force Base, UT intends to negotiate and award on a sole source basis, under the authority of FAR 6.302-1, with Vacuum Processes Inc. for Safety Evaluations, Equipment Evaluations, Minor Repairs on Heat Treat Equipment located at Hill AFB, UT. See attached solicitation, PWS, CDRLs, and Industrial Hygiene Assessment for further details of the requirement. THIS NOTICE OF INTENT IS NOT A REQUEST FOR COMPETITIVE QUOTATIONS. A determination by the Government not to compete this acquisition based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. Interested parties who believe they possess the capabilities to satisfy this requirement should submit a capability statement demonstrating their abilities to meet this requirement. All responses must be received prior to 4 DECEMBER 2012 11:00 a.m. Mountain Standard Time (MST), in writing, to cindy.chartier@hill.af.mil. Telephone requests will not be honored.
