- The Federal Protective Service is submitting this sources sought notice to LOCAL New York State vendors in order to determine your ability to staff immediate armed guard services in support of FEMA operations in New York State. Vendor's not physically located or primarily doing business in the state of New York shall not respond to this notice. In response to this sources sought notice, please respond by noon on Friday, November 16, 2012, via e-mail to michael.decrescio@dhs.gov using the subject line, "Response to NY Emergency Guard Services - RFI." Please limit your response to no more than 4 sentences, stating the amount of guards that you have employed by your company that are available for immediate deployment to New York state and the estimated cost per hour for armed guard services.
