Description

This is a notice of intent to award a sole-source contract and is not a request for competitive proposals. Naval Medical Research Center (NMRC) intends to solicits a proposals and enter into a contract with Invitrogen. The statutory authority for this sole source procurement is 10 U.S.C. 2304(c)(1) per FAR 6.302-1(c). The NAICs code for this 325413. Naval Medical Reseach Center required that all contractors doing business with the Acquisition Office must be registered with the System for Award Management (SAM). No award can be made unless the vendor is registered in SAM. For additional information and to register in SAM, please access the following website: https://www.sam.gov/. In order to register with SAM and to be eligible to receive and award from this acquisition office, all offerors must had a Dun & Bradstreet number may be acquired free of charge by contacting Dun & Bradestreet on-line at https://www.dnb.com/product/eupdate/requestOptions.html or by phone at (800) 333-0505. The notice of intent is not a request for competitive proposals. However, the Government shall consider all response received within 10 days from this posting. Written responses to this shall contain sufficient documentation to establish a bonafide capability to fulfill the requirement. A solicitation is not available.
