- This is a presolicitation notice for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation is attached and posted on the AsiaNECO website https://asia.neco.navy.mil/. This solicitation is issued as a request for proposal (RFP). The NAICS code is 441110. The following commercial items are requested: ITEM No.: 0001. Truck, carryall (wagon type), forward control, right hand drive, gasoline engine driven, 4X4, 7 passenger and dual type air conditioners. Quantity: One (1) each ITEM No.: 0002. Truck, carryall (wagon type), forward control, right hand drive, gasoline engine driven, 4X4, 8-passenger and dual type air conditioners. Quantity: Four (4) each DELIVERY POINT. All transportation charges borne by the contractor to the NAVFAC FE, BSV&E, Misawa detachment, Misawa Air Base, Japan DELIVERY DATE. The vehicle shall be delivered at the delivery point specified above within 90 calendar days after date of contract award. The contract requirements for the requested items are outlined in the VEHICLE SPECIFICATIONS of the solicitation. This solicitation is intended for local sources ONLY. Local sources are those persons or entities normally residing in and licensed to conduct business in Japan. Offers from non-local sources will not be considered under this solicitation.
