- The United States (U.S.) Army, Army Contracting Command New Jersey (NJ) intends to solicit and award an Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) contract, with Firm-Fixed Price (FFP) Task Order for a period of twelve (12) months with two (2) twelve (12) month option periods to Small Business Spider Strategies, Inc. The NAICS code 541611 has been assigned to this acquisition, which applies a $14M size standard for small business. This acquisition will provide the Strategic Management System (SMS) support services to the Office of Business Transformation (OBT). A Justification and Approval (J&A) has been approved and will be posted for public record prior to contract award. Solicitation W15QKN-13-R-0038 is estimated to be released on or about 04 December 2012.
