- Handheld Laser Range Finder (HLRF) RFI Marine Corps Systems Command (MARCORSYSCOM), Product Manager, Optical Systems (PdM Optics) is currently seeking information on production of a Handheld Laser Range Finder (HLRF). This RFI is being issued to collect information from industry regarding their capability to provide a Commercial-Off-The-Shelf (COTS) or Non-Development Item (NDI) with minimal development, in accordance with FAR Subpart 2.101. The anticipated quantity is approximately 1,371 units.
