- The Naval Air Warfare Center, Weapons Division, China Lake, CA intends to procure on an other than full and open competition basis the following services: Coaching and facilitation services for the Naval Air Warfare Center, Weapons Division (NAWCWD) Command and Logistics Senior Leadership Teams. This requirement is sole sourced to Dr. Kevin Seymour, PhD doing business as (dba) Center for Personal and Family Counseling,), 501 W. Atkins St., Ridgecrest, CA 93555, due to Dr. Seymour ™s previous experience, and deep and unique understanding of the cultures in existence at Pt. Mugu and China Lake as well as a clear understanding of the impact that BRAC actions have had on the relations between the sites. Dr. Seymour ™s 15 years of experience facilitating similar meetings for various WD competencies and programs has provided him with a unique historical perspective of the organization's cultures, significantly contributing to the success of the current Strategic Planning Process. Any firms believing that they can provide the above referenced Coaching, and Facilitation Services may submit a written response to be received at the Contracting Office no later than 5 days after the date of publication of this notice. It must clearly show the firm's ability to be responsive without compromising the quality of services of the Strategic Planning Process for the Senior Leadership Team and without causing programmatic hardship.
