- This solicitation will contain 1 NSN (3120 ‐ 01-089-9834) for a BEARING, PLAIN, ROD END. This solicitation will be solicited for award of an indefinite quantity contract. This item is manufactured to a "Source Controlled Drawing: General Electric Company CAGE: 99207 Drawing: 5039T59 REV F P/N: 5039T59P02. Approved Source: Kamatics CAGE 50632 P/N 5039T59P02. This is being procured as other than full and open competition under 10 USC 2304(c)(1). Note 22 applies -Sole source (FAR 6.302-1) Unrestricted procurement The FOB point is Destination. Inspection and Acceptance is Source. The FOB point is Destination. Inspection and Acceptance is Source. The required delivery for is 103 days ARO. Solicitation will result in an Indefinite Quantity Contract (IQC). The contract will be effective for a one ‐ year period with the option to extend the term of the contract up to four (4) one ‐ year periods. The estimated annual quantity is 960 per contact period. The contract will include a guaranteed minimum quantity of 983 each (base year only) and an annual maximum quantity of 4,298 each. The minimum delivery order is 983 each and the maximum delivery order quantity is 2,972 each. Deliveries will be to DLA stock locations on the east and west coast. The final contract award decision may be based upon a combination of price, past performance, and other evaluation factors as described in the solicitation. The anticipated issue date is 5 DEC 2012 anticipated closing date of 7 JAN 2013), anticipated award date is FEB 2013. Reference notes 22, 23 and 26. This solicitation includes provision 52.215-9023, Reverse Auction. Reverse Auction may be conducted.
