Description

The VA National Acquisition Center is issuing Request for Information (RFI) VA797M-13-I-0048 for the Department of Veterans Affairs (VA) Consolidated Mail Outpatient Pharmacy (CMOP) Program to identify potential sources which manufacture prescription rotary bottle capper equipment. The capper shall be of a rotary style, able to utilize Child Resistant Cap CRC reversible caps applying the reversible caps with a torque of 7-14 inch pounds; capper hopper must be able to hold a volume of at least 1,500 caps; capper noise shall be less than 85 decibels on an 8 hour weighted average. Please notify the individual listed on this announcement of your interest and capabilities and business size standard by or before November 30, 2012. In addition, please include any information if you presently offer this system on a current GSA Federal Supply Schedule contract. NAICS Code 333993 and Small Business Size Standard 500 employees are applicable to determine business size standard. No solicitation is currently published, pending, or available.
