- WO 4710 FSC NSNs WOSB Sources Sought: WO (4710 FSC) NSN Drawing Packages The DLA Land and Maritime Small Business Office is doing a Women-Owned Small Businesses (WOSB) Manufacturers Sources Sought for 202 NSNs in the 4710 FSC category that are currently on the WOSB set-a-side list. The tech data is now available in cFolders Dummy Solicitation # is SPM7LX13R9987X with a Close Date of 12/15/2012. Reminder about the these NSNs, when Vendors see "No files" in the NSN listing in cFolder.......that means that the data for the item is either Mil-Spec/Standard that will have to be acquired from ASSIST, or the data is a Commercial Spec or Standard that will have to acquired from a subscription service such as Info Handling Services. DLA does not provide this type of data with its solicitations. INSTRUCTIONS NSN Listing for Potential WOSB Set Aside Opportunities 1. Go to DLA Land and Maritime web site: www.landandmaritime@dla.mil OR https://pcf1.bsm.dla.mil/cfolders (start with #5) 2. Go to the side bar and click on DLA/EBS Internet Bid Broad System (DIBBS) 3. Go Technical Data on the right side of the window 4. Go to DLA Collaboration Folders (cFolders) click on "I Agree" 5. Input your user ID and password 6. Go to the Filter for Solicitation link 7. Type in solicitation number # SPM7LX13R9987X in upper case, no dashes and no spaces 8. Review nomenclature and sub-folders 9. Click on Material Numbers to access drawings for downloading The purpose of supplying the data packages is for market research only; active solicitations will be posted in DIBBS. Solicitation # SPM7LX13R9987X is ONLY a dummy solicitation AND IS ONLY good until Dec 15, 2012, where the drawing packages are stored for the convenience of Women-Owned Small Businesses. Note! These drawing packages are not current and are only intended to provide vendors with a preview of the data requirements, and will need to be validated prior to use to support actual DLA solicitations. Also enclosed are the Women-Owned NSNS and their item descriptions. For additional help in accessing the cFolders you can call 1-866-335-4357. Complete the Socio-Economic Program Set-Aside Request (SEPSAR) located in the middle of page located at: http://www.dscc.dla.mil/offices/smbusiness/. List those NSNs your company would be interested in being evaluated for. Also, complete the Manufacturing Capability Survey located in the middle of page located at: http://www.dscc.dla.mil/offices/smbusiness/. Be sure to identify all of the NSNs your company is able to provide on the survey form. A sample of a completed survey is also linked on this page. Since our WOSB review is a manual process, be patient during this time. NOTE: In the meantime, go to DLA-EBS Internet Bid Board System (DIBBS) to search open solicitations, and if any, quote. Don't forget to set up your DIBBS Registration profile to receive solicitation alerts.
