- This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The Request for Quotation (RFQ) number is W912CL-13-T-0004. This solicitation documents and incorporates provisions and clauses in effect through FAC 2005-61 dated October 15, 2012. This procurement is unrestricted. The North American Industry Classification System code is 532120, Small Business Size Standard $25.5 M. It is the contractor's responsibility to be familiar with the applicable clauses and provisions. A firm fixed price purchase order will be awarded. Question Submission: Interested Offerors may submit any questions concerning the solicitation. Basis of Award: Award will be made to the offeror offering the lowest evaluated price for items conforming to the Statement of Work.
