- The Army Contracting Command - Rock Island at the Rock Island Arsenal, IL has a requirement for the leasing of Non Tactical Vehicles (NTVs) in support of the Area Support Group - Qatar (ASG-QA). The Army Contracting Command - Rock Island intends to award multiple Firm Fixed Price (FFP) Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) type contracts under solicitation W52P1J-13-R-0020 as a full and open/unrestricted requirement. The Government anticipates a base contract plus 2 option years. The solicitation will be released to industry on/or about 26 December 2012.
