- Description
- AWARD NOTICE Project scope includes the materials, labor, and equipment to construct buildings, parking, isolated site lighting and utilities, and other infastructure. The intent is to provide permanent facilities standards using K-Span construction methods and standardized designs to complete the project. These facilities shall be site adapted and constructed from standard designs in accordance with current building codes, safety, and security standards and applicable to local standards. Site grading and drainage plan has been approved. All utilities shall be complete and operational prior to occupancy. The applicable NAICS Code is 236220 ($33.5 small business standard). The Solicitation will be unrestricted/full and open. The resulting contract shall be for 365 days. The magnitude of this project is between $1,000,000.00 and $5,000,000.00.
