Description
Qualification Statement Package The United States Postal Service is prequalifying supplier's that provide multiple facilities related services to support its building program. By contracting with a Program Management Support Contract (PMSC) for services, the Postal Service intends to reduce the cycle time for facilities related purchases, improve the efficiency and effectiveness of these services, reduce errors and omissions, and improve the facilities supply chain. This contract will provide flexibility to assist the Facilities CMC overall strategy to assist Facilities expediting their requirements. The PMSC provides flexibility to staff and provide multiple facilities related services to accomplish complex single or multiple like projects and to reduce the cycle time for projects where long lead items are required to be purchase. The selected PMSC will comply with all applicable statutes, the most stringent federal and state regulatory requirements, and standards defined by the USPS. Applicable terms and conditions of this contract must be incorporated into any contract between the selected PMSC and consultants or subcontractors involved in work generated through this contract. Program Management Services Contract (PMSC) shall provide national program management services to support the Postal Service's requirements and Facilities related programs. The PMSC may support single or multiple projects or programs, and specialty projects such as accessibility compliance, security upgrades, Retail Program Support, and other programs/projects as required for improving and maintaining the Postal Service's facilities portfolio. The future spend is estimated at $42,000,000 per year. The total contract amount, for the entire length of the contract, including renewal periods is estimated not exceed $252,000,000 during the six (6) year period. The Postal Service is interested in selecting the most highly qualified contractors for prequalification. The attached Qualification Statement will be the basis for the evaluation of your company. The completed Qualification Statement should be delivered via one of the many services provided by the Postal Service by December 28, 2012 at 2:00 PM. For delivery via USPS Express Mail or USPS Priority Mail: USPS Headquarters, Facilities Construction Category Management Construction, 475 L'Enfant Plaza SW, Suite 1246, Attn: Michael Bacha, Washington, DC 20260-6201. Statements must be received at the above address no later than the date and time indicated on the cover sheet. Identify your submission by including the following information on the outside of your package: Contractor's Name, Solicitation No. 104267-13-A-0002. Qualification Statements will not be maintained or returned. Firms will not be reimbursed for any expense(s) incurred in developing their Qualification Statement.
