- COASTAL ACT - Request for Information Network Data Template {To be utilized for Reporting and Recording the approach) Coastal Act of 2012 {Consumer Option for an Alternative System to Allocate Losses Act of 2012} -- Subtitle B -- Alternative Loss Allocation This Request for Information (RFI) is issued to solicit information relevant to a possible future Government investment in, or agreements to use, currently available environmental observations. Respondents are invited to provide comments on the content of this announcement to include suggestions for improving the scope of a possible solicitation to ensure that every effort is made to adequately address the scientific and technical challenges described below. Responses to this request may be used to support the development of, and subsequently be incorporated within, a future Government solicitation and therefore must be available for unrestricted public distribution. Neither proprietary nor classified concepts nor information should be included in the responses. The documents attached to this request contain details of the scope of technical efforts of interest, along with instructions for the submission of responses, to include a Spreadsheet Template for responses. The Government is interested in brief, general company capability information and this detail shall be contained within the submissions. Submissions will be accepted via e-mail only and should be sent to the addressee shown below: Terri.Coley@NOAA.GOV Questions concerning this RFI should be directed to the above-mentioned POCs via email. It has not yet been determined if any Solicitation Package will be issued as a result of this Request for Information.
