- USPFO of Louisiana intends to award sole source procurement to the AT&T. The award will be wireless services for the Louisiana National Guard. This procurement is being made pursuant to 10 U.S.C. 2304(c) 1 and FAR Part 6.302-1, for other than full and open competition; only one responsible source and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements. The North American Industrial Classification System (NAICS) code for this requirement is 517210. All qualified sources must respond not later than 30 Nov, 0900 hours CST. A determination by the Government not to compete this proposed contract based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government.
