- The Mission & Installation Contracting Command - Fort Buchanan, Puerto Rico has a Request for Proposal (RFP) No. W912C3-13-R-0002 Lodging and Related Services for Yellow Ribbon Event during 21 February 2013 through 24 February 2013. The solicitation will be issued on or about 2 January 2013. The opening date of the RFP is on or about 4 February 2013 (see solicitation for the specific date). This solicitation is issued as Unrestricted. All responsible sources are invited to submit proposal under the solicitation. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code applicable to this requirement is 721110. The size standard is $30 Million. Hard copies of the solicitation document will not be available. The proposal and amendments, if any, can be submitted through the Army Single Face to Industry (ASFI) at https://acquisition.army.mil/asfi/ via the secure Bid Response System on or before the closing time and date. Contractors may use the automated bidder response on the Army Single Face to Industry website: https://acquisition.army.mil/asfi/. However, the system is not managed by the Mission Installation Contracting Command -Fort Buchanan, Puerto Rico. For that reason, you have to ensure the system did actually accept and properly posted all documents intended to be submitted. The system sometimes does give errors. Please Note: If the proposal is not properly posted by date and time due for submission of quote and/or proposal is not complete when downloaded by the Mission Installation Contracting Command - Fort Buchanan, Puerto Rico, the proposal may not be eligible for consideration for award. All responsible sources may submit a proposal which shall be considered by the Government. ALL prospective contractors must be registered in the System for Award Management Site (SAM (https://www.sam.gov). All interested parties are responsible for monitoring the Federal Business Opportunity website at http://www.fbo.gov for status of solicitation and amendments, if any. Failure to submit signed copies of any Amendments issued with the Proposal may render your proposal not eligible for award.
