- Draft Performance Work Statement (PWS) Request for Information U. S. Customs and Border Protection (CBP) plans to solicit responses to Request for Information (RFI) 581621 for its Arizona Preventive Maintenance Program (PMP). The government does not intend to award a contract on the basis of this RFI. The purpose of this RFI is to elicit data and current market place information from companies including small business firms. The information obtained through this RFI process will assist in developing the most suitable acquisition strategy. This is not a competition but an RFI at the pre-acquisition strategy stage. Accordingly, marketing and sales information is NOT solicited. Further, interested parties will not be reimbursed for any costs related to the development and submission of information in response to this RFI. Note: RFI responses will NOT be shared with other industry suppliers and will solely be used as part of the procurement planning process. Please address any responses to this RFI to Kevin Sarff, Contract Specialist, via email at Kevin.Sarff@dhs.gov no-later-than (NLT) December 14, 2012. Telephone inquiries will not be accepted.
