- Description
- Solicitation QSDM-H8-120481-D will issue on or about November 28, 2012. This is a two-year SOP requirements (term) solicitation, with three one-year options. Contract will be Fixed Price with Economic Price Adjustments. The type of contract is Indefinite Delivery/Requirements contract. This procurement will consist of thirty-two(32) National Stock Numbers (NSNs) in Federal Stock Class (FSC) 8010 - Enamels. The contract period will be 2/1/2013 (or date of award, whichever is later) through 1/31/2014 with three one-year options. Ten items (items 1, 2, 9, 13, 27-32) will be set-aside for small business concerns. See Item Purchase Descriptions/Schedule of Items for individual NSN requirements. Delivery will be 45 days after receipt of order (DARO) and FOB Origin. Offers will be evaluated based on the Lowest Price Technically Acceptable (LPTA). Specific details regarding the LPTA evaluation method are shown in the solicitation (see regulation 52.212-2 for details). PLEASE READ ALL SOLICITATION DOCUMENTS. Vendor Response Documents including offers and any other required information are due by 2:00 PM CST, December 21, 2012 to the Contract Specialist by e-mail or fax:
