This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. ii. Solicitation # HSFE90-13-R-0002 (RFP) iii. The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular FAC 2005-55 iv. The NAICS code of this procurement is 611430. This procurement is not set aside for small business. It is being solicited on an unrestricted basis. v. Please reference Section B and Attachment 18 of the solicitation for a list of Contract Line Item Numbers, item, quantities, and units of measure. vi. Please reference Section B and C of the solicitation for a description of the requirements. vii.
