Description

NUWCDIVNPT requires a repository tool to maintain compliance with the National Environmental Policy Act and other environmental regulations. Repository must be Islandora based (see attached Sole Make and Model Justification {REDACTED}. No substitutions allowed. Proposed solutions must meet minimum specifications (document attached). NUWCDIVNPT is seeking small business sources (NAICS 541511, Size Std. $25.5M) for the above requirement. Please review the attached minimum specifications and submit a capabilities statement (no greater than two pages) by 10:00 am EDT on December 11, 2012 detailing how your company can meet the minimum specifications.
