SOLE SOURCE NOTICE: The Government intends to award a sole source contract to Greenleaf Services LLC located in Wilmington, DE for the procurement of emergency tree removal and pruning services to include supplies in support of Cypress Hills National Cemetery. Interested parties may identify their interest and capability to respond to the requirement or submit proposals. This notice of intent is NOT A REQUEST FOR COMPETITIVE PROPOSALS. However all proposals received within 5 days after publication of this synopsis MAY BE considered by the Government. A determination by the Government not to compete the proposed contract based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government.
