- Past Performance Questions submission requirements Synopsis document NAICS 541310 (Architectural-Engineering Services) applies to this acquisition, with a size standard of $7.0M. The 47 th Contracting Flight, Laughlin AFB, TX in conjunction with the 17 th Contracting Squadron, Goodfellow AFB, TX desires to contract with Architect-Engineer (A-E) firms to perform Title I, Title II, and other A-E Services to administer, coordinate, and technically support Sustainment, Restoration and Modernization (SRM) programs of interest to the Government. We anticipate awarding up to three (3) A-E indefinite delivery, indefinite quantity (ID/IQ) contracts from this synopsis. The work includes all efforts necessary to manage and execute Title I, Title II, and other A-E Services primarily for traditional A-E Services for design and construction oversight supporting SRM programs. The Brooks Act selection procedures implemented according to FAR Subpart 36.6, will be used to competitively award up to three (3) ID/IQ contracts under full and open competition. Based on historical usage rates, as well as projected needs, this requirement will have an estimated program ceiling of $6.4M. The total dollar value of all orders placed on all contracts awarded will not exceed the total program ceiling. The dollar amount of orders placed on any one contract cannot be determined in advance. There is a minimum order guarantee amount of $1,000 per contract, which will be issued at contract award.
