Description

The Fleet Logistics Center Groton, CT intends to award a sole source contract to Teradyne, Inc. for preventative maintenance and repair of the Teradyne L280 Test System. The J&A supporting this decision is part of this notification. A copy of the solicitation N00189-13-R-G002 is also attached for review. This contract will be issued using FAR Part 15 and Other than Full and Open Competition as authorized under FAR 6.302-1. The anticipated award date is 15 December 2012 with a performance start date of 1 January 2013. This notice is not a request for offers. A determination not to compete this procurement based on responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government.
