- The U.S. Property & Fiscal Office for Minnesota intends to issue a Request for Proposal (RFP) to award a firm fixed price contract for Full Food Services located at the Contract Dining Facility, Building 7-131, Camp Ripley, Little Falls, Minnesota, 56345-4173. The duration of this contract will have one (1) Base Year with one (1) Option Year. This procurement is a Small Business Set A-Side. The North American Industry Classification (NAICS) Code is 722310- Food Service Contractors - Business Size is $35.5 Million. The tentative date for issuing the solicitation is on-or about 17 December 2012. All questions must be submitted in writing to patty.bienusa@us.army.mil or colleen.dalquist@us.army.mil. Interested offerors must be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM) database. Offerors can register via the SAM internet site at https://www.sam.gov. The solicitation will be available from the Federal Business Opportunities (FedBizOps) website on-line at https://www.fbo.gov and Army Single Face to Industry (ASFI) website https://acquisition.army.mil/asfi/ Amendments, if/when issued will be posted to FedBizOps and ASFI for electronic downloading. This will normally be the only method of distributing amendments prior to closing: therefore, it is the offerors' responsibility to check the website periodically for any amendments to the solicitation.
