PRON: AX3Q035AX; NOUN: Knob Assembly; NSN: 1680-01-610-2057; P/N/: ES39300-1; min/max 50/150 each. PRON: AX3Q0074AX; NOUN: Bearing Assy, Suppor; NSN: 1680-01-610-2542; P/N/: OH58-9006-1; min/max 10/30 each. PRON: AX3Q078AX; NOUN: Valve Assy, Defog; NSN: 1680-01-610-2543; P/N/: OH58-95001-1; min/max 40/120 each. All three PRONS are on a three year Firm Fixed Price (FFP), Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) type buy type contract applicable to OH-58D Army Helicopter Improvement Program (AHIP) with deliveries to New Cumberland, PA. Required delivery on PRON: AX3Q0035AX is 50 each 150 Days After Contract Award (DACA) 50 each year until contract completion. This requirement is restricted to Air Comm Corporation (CAGE Code: 1P0Y9) because the Government physically does not have in its possession sufficient, accurate or legible data to purchase this part from other that of the current source(s). PRON: AX3Q0074AX is 10 each 150 Days After Contract Award (DACA) 30 each year until contract completion & PRON: AX3Q0078AX is 40 each 150 Days After Contract Award (DACA) 120 each year until contract completion. These requirements are also restricted to Air Comm Corporation (CAGE Code: 1P0Y9) because the data needed to procure this part competitively is not physically available, it cannot be obtained economically, nor is it possible to draft adequate specifications. Adequate technical data is not available for this acquisition. All offerors must meet prequalification requirements in order to be eligible for award. Firms that recognize and can produce the required item described above are encouraged to identify themselves. Firms are encouraged to seek source approval in order to compete for future solicitations by accessing the website http://amcomdmz.redstone.army.mil/casl_cmo/casldba.casl_cmo_samsar and looking under Standard Aviation and Missile Source Approval Request (SAMSAR). All responsible sources may submit an offer, which shall be considered by the Agency. The closing date annotated is an estimated date and may be adjusted dependent upon the date of release for solicitation; however, the solicitation will not close prior to the date stated above. Foreign Firms are reminded that all requests for solicitation must be processed through their respective embassies.
